HomeStay started in the Texas Hill Country with a plain observation: keeping a house running is the thing that quietly decides whether someone can stay in it. A water heater, a broken step, a hot July with no air conditioning. The work exists, the tradespeople exist, but finding, vetting, scheduling, approving and remembering all of it falls on whoever has the least time and the most worry.

So we built the opposite of a contractor directory. You tell us what the home needs. We send a vetted, insured provider, coordinate the work, hold the price to what you approved, and keep a permanent record of everything done to the house. When family is involved, they can see what they need to see — with the homeowner's permission, never behind their back.

We are early. We are small. We serve a handful of Texas towns and we grow only where we have real providers in every trade. You will not find invented customer counts, borrowed testimonials or review scores on this site, because we would rather earn them.
