Terms of service

What HomeStay is

HomeStay coordinates home services and household support. Repair, maintenance and trade work is performed by independent, vetted providers, not by HomeStay employees, unless we say otherwise in writing. HomeStay is not a medical service, a care provider or an emergency response service.

Bookings and pricing

Price ranges shown before booking are estimates based on typical jobs. The final price is presented for your approval before work begins. Additional work discovered on site requires a new approval from you.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about the home and the problem, provide safe access, and be reachable at the number you gave us. You are responsible for anything you authorise a family member to approve on your behalf.

Payment

You authorise HomeStay to charge the payment method on file for approved work, membership dues and any fees described in the cancellation policy.

Liability

HomeStay's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Texas law governs this agreement.
