Privacy policy
We collect what we need to send the right person to your home, and nothing we cannot explain.
What we collect
- Contact details, service address and access instructions.
- What you tell us about the problem, including photos you upload.
- Job, visit, payment and warranty history that forms your Home Record.
- Basic usage data about how the site is used, so we can fix what is confusing.
Who sees it
- HomeStay staff who are working on your household.
- The assigned provider — job details, and your address once they accept.
- Family members you have given permission, limited to what you allowed.
- Our payment processor and messaging providers, to take payment and send confirmations.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your details to multiple contractors to bid on your job.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing help@yourhomestay.com. You can turn off marketing messages at any time; we still send transactional and safety messages about jobs you have booked.
