Most of the people we serve are over seventy. If our product is hard to use, that is our fault and we want to hear about it.
What we build to
- Large default text and generous tap targets on every screen.
- One obvious action per screen, in plain language.
- Labels on every form field, and error messages that say what to do.
- Keyboard navigation and screen-reader labels throughout.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings.
- Colour contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
