Cancellation and refunds

Service bookings

• Change or cancel free up to two hours before your appointment window starts.
• Inside two hours, or if nobody is home when the provider arrives, a trip fee of up to $75 may apply.
• If we cannot staff your requested window, we tell you and nothing is charged.
• Deposits are applied to the final invoice, or refunded if the job does not go ahead.

Memberships

Memberships are month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you keep the service until the period ends. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require a contract.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
